When applied prior to germination it controls grassy weeds such as goose grass, dallisgrass, chickweed, henbit and oxalis, as well. Unlike other products, our preventer contains an advanced herbicide known as Dimension that provides post emergent control, killing crabgrass after it has germinated. Post-emergence control is limited to crabgrass and is effective for up to four weeks post-germination.
