Rust-Oleum 306196 Floor Primer, Flat/Matte, Semi-Transparent Gray, Liquid, 64 oz

RUST-OLEUM® garage and concrete floor primer is a ultra premium, solvent-based primer/bonder with excellent topcoat adhesion and has been developed to be used over previously coated garage floors. No sanding, stripping or grinding is required. The previously coated floor must be clean and properly adhered prior to priming. After use of the RUST-OLEUM® garage and concrete primer, your floor is ready-to be topcoated with any opaque epoxy paint, 2-part epoxy or RockSolid® polycuramine®. Use of clear topcoats over RUST-OLEUM® garage and concrete primer is not recommended.
